Terms and Conditions

Cancel or changed orders for delivery have to be made 2 days before scheduled delivery.
Photos of product can be sent, as well as height and width of plant.
We always select the best plants for our customers.
If unhappy with product delivered, please send product back with driver to avoid an extra charge on restocking/pick up fees.
Delivery is 15-20ft away from truck, please have someone on site to count/accept order.
Deliveries will be charged, unless order is incorrect on our part.

Return and Refund policy

If wrong product is delivered, we will redeliver correct product at No extra charge.
Change of product/delivery date has to be notified 2 days before scheduled delivery.
No refunds/No exchanges once product is delivered or picked up.
Deliveries can't not be Refunded if delivery was made, unless order was incorrect on our part.
We choose the best plants available for customers, if not liked please send back with driver to avoid complete charge of product. Photos can be sent to avoid this.
